TOR(rapamycin 표적 단백질)에 의해 음성 조절되며, ATG13, ULK1, ULK2, FIP200과 복합체를 형성하여 자가포식 조절에 필수적인 역할을 합니다.
ATG101은 ULK1과 상호작용하며 자가포식 유도에 필수적입니다.
