Product Specific Information
For IHC using PFA-fixed tissue: incubate antibody for 30 minutes at room temperature.
Formalin-fixed tissues require heating sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 minutes at 95°C, followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

Cytokeratin pan belongs to a subfamily of intermediate filament proteins with high biochemical diversity, represented by at least 20 different human epithelial polypeptides.
Cytokeratins range from 40–68 kDa with isoelectric points between 4.9–7.8.
Each epithelial tissue expresses characteristic cytokeratin patterns that reflect both tissue type and differentiation state.
Cytokeratin expression profiles are valuable for distinguishing epithelial malignancies and are widely used in tumor diagnosis, cytopathology, and flow cytometry.
Keratins serve as key markers in cancer research and tumor classification.
