Product Specific Information
For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step (recommended: Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).
Target Information
This gene encodes a member of the prominin family of pentaspan membrane glycoproteins.
The encoded protein localizes to basal epithelial cells and may be involved in the organization of plasma membrane microdomains.
