Target Information
CD31 (PECAM-1, platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1)은 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 억제 모티프)을 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소의 결합 부위를 제공합니다.
이 단백질은 혈관 내피세포 간 접합부에 주로 존재하며, 세포 간 상호작용과 혈관 관련 기능 조절에 중요한 역할을 합니다.
CD31은 세포 부착, 혈관 내 이동, 혈관신생, 세포자멸사, 면역수용체 신호 억제, 자가면역, 식세포 작용, 알레르기 반응 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 생리적 기능에 관여합니다.
혈관계의 핵심 조절 분자 중 하나로 알려져 있습니다.
