Target Information

Anti-Feline secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for feline immunoglobulins. They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of target antigens. Secondary antibodies offer enhanced versatility, allowing the use of multiple detection systems such as HRP, AP, or fluorescence. They also provide greater sensitivity through signal amplification, as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody. Typically, these antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation) to produce highly specific reagents.
