Target Information
MST1R (RON)은 세포 증식과 이동에 관여하는 수용체 티로신 키나아제로, 막 관통성 이황화 결합 이합체 형태로 존재합니다. 이 단백질은 당화된 전구체가 절단되어 35 kDa(α) 및 150 kDa(β) 소단위로 형성됩니다. 리간드 결합 시 β 사슬의 티로신 인산화가 유도됩니다. MST1R/RON 유전자 결손 마우스는 착상기 이후 생존하지 못하며, 이 유전자는 3p21 영역에 위치하여 소세포 폐암 및 신장암 등 여러 상피암의 진행과 관련이 있습니다. 정상 인체 조직뿐 아니라 다양한 암 조직에서 MST1R/RON 발현이 보고되었습니다.
