Target Information
Anti-Goat secondary antibodies are affinity-purified antibodies with well-characterized specificity for goat immunoglobulins.
They are useful for detection, sorting, or purification of goat antibodies and provide increased versatility across multiple detection systems (e.g., HRP, AP, fluorescence).
Signal amplification is achieved as multiple secondary antibodies can bind to a single primary antibody.
Typically, secondary antibodies are generated by immunizing the host animal with pooled immunoglobulins from the target species and can be further purified or modified (e.g., immunoaffinity chromatography, antibody fragmentation, label conjugation).
