M160E IL-16 항체 (clone 17.1)는 sandwich ELISA에서 coating 항체로 사용 가능하며, detection 항체로 biotinylated M161B (clone 14.1)와 함께 사용할 수 있습니다.
일반적인 sandwich ELISA 희석 조건은 coating 항체 1 µg/mL, detection 항체 0.125–0.25 µg/mL입니다.
또한, recombinant IL-16 protein (SIL16)과 함께 ELISA 분석에 사용된 바 있습니다.
Target Information
IL-16 단백질은 다기능성 사이토카인으로, T 세포 활성화 조절, 화학주성 인자 역할, HIV 복제 억제 기능을 가집니다.
이 사이토카인의 신호 전달은 CD4를 통해 매개되며, 단백질은 프로테아제 절단을 거쳐 두 개의 기능적 단백질로 나뉩니다.
C-말단 펩타이드는 분비되어 사이토카인 기능을 담당하며, N-말단 산물은 세포 주기 조절에 관여할 수 있습니다.
Caspase-3가 이 단백질의 절단 과정에 관여하는 것으로 보고되었습니다.
대체 스플라이싱으로 여러 전사체 변이가 생성됩니다.
