Target Information
ARC는 시냅스 가소성의 주요 조절 인자로, RNA를 캡슐화하여 세포 간 전달을 매개하는 바이러스 유사 캡시드를 형성합니다. 뉴런에서 분비된 ARC 단백질은 새로운 표적 세포로 ARC mRNA를 전달하여 시냅스 활동에 의존적인 번역을 유도합니다.
ARC는 AMPA 수용체의 엔도사이토시스를 촉진하여 시냅스 활동 변화에 따른 수용체 수준을 조절함으로써 신경 항상성 유지에 기여합니다. 또한 장기 강화(LTP), 장기 억제(LTD), 장기 기억 형성에 필수적입니다.
발달 중 소뇌에서 과잉 시냅스를 제거하는 활동 의존적 시냅스 제거에도 관여하며, 면역계 조절에도 역할을 하여 피부 이동성 수지상세포에서 빠른 이동과 T세포 활성화를 조절합니다.
