Target Information
Connexin-36 (CX36)는 주로 포유류 신경세포에서 발현되는 connexin 유전자군의 구성원입니다. Connexins는 6개의 단위로 결합하여 중심 공극을 둘러싸고 있으며, 두 개의 connexon 결합으로 gap junction 세포 간 채널을 형성합니다. Connexin 유전자의 돌연변이는 기능적 및 발달적 이상을 초래할 수 있습니다.
