- 재구성 시, 멸균 증류수 100 µL를 첨가하여 최종 항체 농도를 약 1 mg/mL로 조정하는 것을 권장합니다.
- Conjugation 실험에 carrier-free 항체를 사용할 경우, 추가적인 탈염 과정(Zeba Spin Desalting Columns, 7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882)을 수행하는 것을 권장합니다.
