Target Information
CNSK1A1 (CK1 alpha 1)은 casein kinase I (CKI) 유전자 계열의 구성원으로, serine/threonine kinase를 암호화하며 산성 기질을 선호적으로 인산화합니다. CKI 단백질은 25–55 kDa 크기의 단량체 형태로 존재하며, 진핵세포의 핵, 세포질 및 막 분획에서 발견됩니다.
이 단백질은 다양한 단백질을 인산화할 수 있으며, Wnt 신호전달에 관여하고 CTNNB1을 Ser-45에서 인산화합니다. 또한 PER1 및 PER2를 인산화할 수 있으며, 유사분열 중 염색체 분리에 역할을 할 수 있습니다.
