Target Information
SPRTN은 UV 유도 DNA 손상 반응의 조절 인자로, ubiquitinated PCNA를 인식하여 RAD18 매개 PCNA 유비퀴틴화를 촉진하고 translesion DNA 합성을 강화합니다. SPRTN은 UV 손상 부위로 모집되어 RAD18 및 PCNA와 상호작용하며, RAD18의 크로마틴 결합을 촉진하고 효율적인 PCNA 단일유비퀴틴화를 위해 필요합니다. 또한 DNA polymerase eta (POLH)의 손상 부위 위치 지정에도 관여합니다.
