Target Information
BTLA (B and T-lymphocyte attenuator)는 CD28 슈퍼패밀리의 공동억제 수용체로, 면역 반응 동안 림프구를 억제하는 역할을 합니다. 대부분의 CD4+ 및 CD8+ T 세포에서 지속적으로 발현되며, T 세포 활성화 시 점진적으로 감소합니다. Th1 세포에서는 계속 발현되지만 Th2 세포에서는 발현되지 않습니다. BTLA는 HVEM (herpesvirus entry mediator)과 상호작용하는 독특한 공동수용체로, 면역 반응에서 림프구 활성화 및 항상성 조절의 중요한 경로를 형성합니다.
