Target Information
USP9X는 단백질 분해 과정에서 유비퀴틴을 제거하고 재활용하는 유비퀴틴 특이적 프로테아제입니다. 이 효소는 Arf6 교환 인자(EFA6)의 수준을 조절함으로써 세포 극성 형성 이전의 좁은 시간 창에서 타이트 접합 형성을 촉진하는 중요한 역할을 합니다. 또한 USP9X는 X 염색체에 위치하지만 X-불활성화를 회피하며, USP9X 결함은 터너 증후군에서 생식선 퇴화를 유발할 수 있습니다.
