Target Information
THRAP3 is a 955 amino acid nuclear receptor-associated protein and a component of the TRAP complex. It plays a key role in maintaining nucleolar structure and transcriptional coactivation. THRAP3 interacts with DKC1, nop5/nap65, and fibrillarin, and is ubiquitously expressed in human tissues as shown by Northern blot analysis.
