Target Information
TSLP(Thymic Stromal Lymphopoietin)은 159 아미노산으로 구성된 4-헬릭스 번들 구조의 혈액세포성 사이토카인으로, TSLP receptor와 IL-7R alpha-chain으로 구성된 이형이량체 수용체 복합체를 통해 신호를 전달합니다.
이 단백질은 골수세포에 영향을 주며, 단핵구에서 T 세포 유인 케모카인을 유도하고, CD11c(+) 수지상세포, 미성숙 CD4(+) 및 CD8(+) T 세포의 성숙을 촉진하여 알레르기성 면역반응을 유도합니다.
또한 조절 T 세포의 선택 및 말초 CD4(+) T 세포 항상성 유지에 관여하며, 비만세포를 직접 활성화하여 알레르기 염증을 유발할 수 있습니다. 심장, 간, 전립선 등에서 발현됩니다.
