Target Information
NUFIP1 유전자는 핵 RNA 결합 단백질을 암호화하며, C2H2 zinc finger 모티프와 핵 이동 신호(NLS)를 포함합니다. 이 단백질은 perichromatin fibrils의 핵 매트릭스와 관련되어 있으며, 뉴런에서는 소포체 리보솜과 결합된 세포질에 위치합니다. 또한 FMRP 및 BRCA1과 상호작용하여 RNA polymerase II 전사를 조절하고 box C/D snoRNP 생합성에 관여합니다. 이 유전자의 pseudogene은 염색체 6q12에 존재합니다.
