Applied Biosystems™ Variant Reporter™ Software v3.1 (Initial License)

This is the Initial License for Variant Reporter Software.
The software performs comparative sequencing (also known as direct sequencing), medical sequencing, PCR sequencing, and resequencing with DNA sequencing files.
It is designed for both reference-based and non-reference-based analyses such as mutation detection, SNP discovery and validation, and sequence confirmation.

The robust algorithms identify SNPs, mutations, insertions, deletions, and heterozygous insertions/deletions from data generated using Applied Biosystems genetic analyzers.
