Target Information
PRKACG (PRKAC gamma)는 cAMP 의존성 단백질 키나제의 촉매 서브유닛의 세 번째 동형체로, 인간 고환 cDNA 라이브러리에서 분리되었습니다.
이 유전자는 C-alpha 및 C-beta와 구별되는 독립적인 유전자로부터 유래하며, 조직 특이적 발현을 보입니다.
아미노산 수준에서 C-alpha 및 C-beta는 93% 상동성을 보이지만, C-gamma는 두 단백질과 약 80%의 상동성을 나타냅니다.
PRKACG 유전자는 인트론이 없으며, poly(A) 꼬리의 흔적을 포함하고, 직접 반복 서열로 둘러싸여 있으며 PRKACA 유전자와 공선형입니다.
