SA1-25261은 rat IgE를 검출하며, rat immunoglobulin의 epsilon chain에 특이적입니다. 다른 클래스의 rat immunoglobulin과 교차반응하지 않습니다.
Flow Cytometry용으로 50 µL의 권장 희석액을 사용하여 2×10⁷ 세포(100 µL)에 라벨링할 수 있습니다.
Target Information
Anti-Rat secondary antibody는 rat immunoglobulin에 특이적인 항체로, 검출·분류·정제에 유용합니다. HRP, AP, fluorescence 등 다양한 검출 시스템에서 사용 가능하며, 여러 2차 항체가 하나의 1차 항체에 결합하여 신호 증폭을 통해 민감도를 높일 수 있습니다.
대부분의 2차 항체는 표적 종의 immunoglobulin 혼합물로 숙주를 면역화하여 생산되며, 면역친화 크로마토그래피, 항체 절편화, 라벨 결합 등을 통해 고특이성 시약으로 정제 및 수정됩니다.
