Target Information

P4-ATPase flippase로서 ATP 가수분해를 통해 아미노포스포리피드를 외막에서 내막으로 이동시키며, 인지질의 비대칭 분포를 유지하는 역할을 함. 인지질 수송은 소포 형성 및 지질 신호 분자 흡수에도 관여함. 정자막의 phosphatidylserine(PS) 비대칭 분포 유지, acrosome 반응 및 난투명대 결합에도 관련됨.
