Target Information
CD3 subunit complex는 T 세포의 항원 인식 신호를 세포질로 전달하고 TCR 복합체의 세포 표면 발현을 조절하는 데 중요한 역할을 합니다.
T 세포 활성화는 CD3 gamma, delta, epsilon, zeta 서브유닛의 세포질 꼬리를 통해 매개되며, 이들은 인간 염색체 11에 밀접하게 연결된 유전자에 의해 암호화된 면역글로불린 초족(superfamily) 구성원입니다.
CD3 항원은 대부분의 말초혈액 림프구(68–82%), 흉선세포(65–85%) 및 소뇌의 Purkinje 세포에서 발현되며, B 세포나 NK 세포에는 발현되지 않습니다.
CD3 결함은 CD3 면역결핍과 관련이 있습니다.
