For reconstitution, add 100 µL of distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

FBXW7 (F-Box and WD Repeat Domain Containing 7) is a member of the F-box protein family, characterized by an approximately 40 amino acid F-box motif.
F-box proteins form part of the SCF (SKP1–Cullin–F-box) ubiquitin ligase complex, which functions in phosphorylation-dependent ubiquitination.

FBXW7 belongs to the Fbws class, containing WD40 repeats. It binds directly to cyclin E, targeting it for ubiquitin-mediated degradation.
Mutations in FBXW7 have been found in ovarian and breast cancer cell lines, suggesting its role in cancer pathogenesis.
Multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms of this gene have been identified.
