CD25 (IL2 receptor alpha chain, IL2RA)는 T세포 및 B세포의 증식에 관여하는 사이토카인 수용체입니다. IL2RA, IL2RB, IL2RG로 구성된 고친화성 IL-2 수용체 복합체를 형성하며, IL2RA 단독 이합체는 저친화성, IL2RB 단독 이합체는 중간친화성 수용체를 형성합니다.
IL2는 주로 성숙한 T세포에서 생성되며, B세포 증식 촉진, NK세포 활성 증가, GM-CSF 억제 등의 기능을 수행합니다.
