Target Information
PPIL1은 cyclophilin 계열의 peptidylprolyl isomerase (PPIase) 패밀리에 속하는 유전자입니다. Cyclophilin은 단백질 접힘, cyclosporin A에 의한 면역억제, HIV-1 감염 과정에서 중요한 역할을 하는 보존된 단백질군입니다. PPIL1은 단백질 접힘을 가속화하고, oligopeptide 내 proline imidic peptide bond의 cis-trans 이성질화 반응을 촉매할 수 있습니다.
