Target Information

CD35 (CR1, Complement Receptor 1)은 세포막에 결합된 단량체 당단백질로, 보체 시스템의 주요 구성 요소인 C3b와 C4b의 세포 수용체 역할을 합니다.
이 단백질은 활성화된 보체 복합체와의 결합 및 제거를 매개하며, 다양한 세포(호중구, 호산구, 단핵구, B세포, 일부 NK세포, 적혈구, 여포 수지상세포 등)에서 발현됩니다.
CD35의 발현 감소 또는 유전자 변이는 담낭암, 사구체신염, 전신홍반루푸스, 사르코이드증과 관련이 있으며, Plasmodium falciparum 감염 시 중증 말라리아에 대한 보호 효과를 보일 수 있습니다.
여러 대립유전자형(C, A, B, D)과 이형접합체가 존재하며, 일부 분비형 형태도 보고되었습니다.
