DOPA Decarboxylase (aromatic L-amino acid decarboxylase, AADC; DDC)는 카테콜아민과 세로토닌 생합성의 두 번째 반응을 촉매하는 효소입니다. 또한 미량 아민의 생합성에도 관여하며, DDC 항체는 도파민성, 노르아드레날린성, 세로토닌성 뉴런의 마커로 사용될 수 있습니다. 이러한 항체는 우울증, 조현병, 파킨슨병 및 약물 남용 연구에 활용됩니다.
