GeneChip™ Xenopus laevis Genome 2.0 Array

The GeneChip™ Xenopus laevis Genome 2.0 Array enables comprehensive analysis of the entire Xenopus laevis genome on a single array. It contains over 32,400 probe sets representing more than 29,900 transcripts, designed in collaboration with the Xenopus research community as part of the GeneChip Consortia Program.

The sequences used for array design were selected from the X. laevis UniGene build 69 (July 2006) and GenBank™ mRNAs (through September 12, 2006).

Array Annotations (Interim File)

The GeneChip Xenopus laevis Genome 2.0 Array annotation file includes design-time annotations with both original and new probe-set names.
Version 2.0 probe-set identifiers use the prefix Xl2, while version 1.0 identifiers use the prefix Xl.
