TaqMan Liquid Biopsy digital PCR assays combine the TaqMan fluorogenic 5` nuclease chemistry with digital PCR methodology to provide a sensitive, wet-lab validated solution for accurate detection of low-frequency mutant alleles in cancer research.

TaqMan Liquid Biopsy dPCR Assays have been optimized to work with digital PCR and droplet digital PCR systems to achieve the high performance required to detect and quantify mutations present at very low frequencies and have been wet-lab tested and are guaranteed to perform on the Applied Biosystems QuantStudio 3D and Bio-Rad QX-100 and QX-200 systems.
