Target Information
MDN1은 pre-60S 리보솜 소단위체의 성숙 및 핵 내 수출에 필요한 핵 샤페론입니다 (PubMed:27814492).
리보솜 인자 제거 및 전환 단계에서 작용하며, 초기 pre-60S 입자의 핵소체 탈출과 후기 입자의 핵 탈출을 유도합니다.
초기 단계에서는 PeBoW 복합체(PES1-BOP1-WDR12)의 해리를 매개하여 핵소체에서 핵질로의 이동을 가능하게 합니다. 이후 SUMO-결합된 PELP1 복합체와의 상호작용을 통해 핵질 입자에 재결합합니다. 이 결합은 5S RNP가 중심 돌출부에서 회전하여 성숙을 완료한 경우에만 가능합니다.
