Target Information
CD31 (platelet endothelial cell adhesion molecule-1, PECAM-1)는 T세포 및 B세포 신호 조절에 관여하는 억제성 공동수용체로, ITIM(면역수용체 티로신 기반 억제 모티프)를 통해 단백질 티로신 인산화효소와 결합합니다. CD31은 혈관계 전반에 발현되며 인접 세포 간 접합부에 주로 위치합니다. N-말단 Ig-like 도메인은 동종 결합을 매개하여 세포 간 상호작용에 중요한 역할을 합니다. CD31은 세포 부착, 혈관 내 이동, 혈관신생, 세포사멸, 면역수용체 신호의 음성 조절, 자가면역, 대식세포 식작용, IgE 매개 아나필락시스 및 혈전 형성 등 다양한 기능을 수행하는 다기능 단백질입니다. 혈관계의 주요 조절 분자 중 하나입니다.
