Target Information
RITA1은 Notch 신호전달 경로의 음성 조절자로 작용하는 tubulin-binding 단백질입니다. 세포질과 핵 사이를 이동하며 RBPJ/RBPSUH의 핵 내 수출을 매개하여 Notch 단백질의 NICD(Notch intracellular domain)와의 상호작용을 방해함으로써 Notch 매개 전사를 억제합니다. 신경발생(neurogenesis)에 관여할 수 있습니다.
