For reconstitution, add 100 µL distilled water to obtain a final antibody concentration of approximately 1 mg/mL.
For conjugation experiments, perform an additional desalting step using Zeba Spin Desalting Columns (7K MWCO, 0.5 mL, Product #89882).

Target Information

LAG-3 is a 70-kDa surface glycoprotein belonging to the Ig superfamily, showing homology to CD4. It binds to MHC class II with higher affinity than CD4 and plays a role in the negative regulation of T cell activation and homeostatic proliferation.
LAG-3 is expressed on activated T cells (including regulatory T cells) and NK cells. CD8+ T cells generally express LAG-3 at higher levels than CD4+ T cells. Coexpression of LAG-3 and CD49b is proposed as a marker for Type 1 regulatory T cells (Tr1 cells) in human and mouse.
