Target Information

Annexin I는 Ca²⁺ 의존적 인지질 결합 단백질 계열에 속하며, 주로 세포막의 세포질면에 위치합니다. 분자량은 약 40 kDa이며, phospholipase A2 억제 활성을 가집니다. Phospholipase A2는 prostaglandins 및 leukotrienes와 같은 염증 매개체 생합성에 필요하므로, Annexin I은 잠재적 항염증 활성을 가질 수 있습니다.
