This antibody detects endogenous levels of total NUDT4 protein.
Target Information
NUDT4 cleaves a beta-phosphate from the diphosphate groups in PP-InsP5 (diphosphoinositol pentakisphosphate), PP-InsP4 and [PP]2-InsP4 (bisdiphosphoinositol tetrakisphosphate), suggesting a role in signal transduction. It can catalyze the hydrolysis of dinucleoside oligophosphate Ap6A, producing ADP and p4a, but not Ap5A. It also hydrolyzes 5-phosphoribose 1-diphosphate. NUDT4 does not participate in U8 snoRNA decapping activity but binds U8 snoRNA.
