The Bolt Mini Bis-Tris Welcome Pack for Protein Expression is designed for use with any protein expression application or expression system, such as transient protein expression platforms.

About the Mini Gel Tank

The Mini Gel Tank is compatible with Novex, NuPAGE, Bolt Bis-Tris Plus, and SureCast pour-your-own gels.
Each tank accommodates up to two gels per run and enables convenient side-by-side gel loading.
Optimized conditions using constant voltage allow Bolt Bis-Tris Plus gels to run in approximately 20 minutes with MES buffer.

About Bolt 4–12% Bis-Tris Plus Gels

Bolt Bis-Tris Plus gels are precast polyacrylamide gels for fast separation of a broad protein molecular weight range under denaturing conditions.
They feature wedge-shaped wells for easier sample loading and up to twice the sample volume compared to standard wells.
The 4–12% gradient polyacrylamide matrix separates proteins from 2.5 to 260 kDa using MES buffer.

About SimplyBlue SafeStain

SimplyBlue SafeStain is a ready-to-use, fast, sensitive, and safe Coomassie G-250 stain.
The staining procedure completes in 12 minutes using a microwave method.
Destaining is optional with deionized water for enhanced sensitivity.
Non-hazardous formulation—no methanol or acetic acid required.
