Target Information
Mouse IgG2b는 항원에 반응하여 B 세포가 생산하는 면역글로불린 G의 한 아형으로, 혈청 내 세 번째로 풍부한 IgG 서브타입입니다. 이 항체는 적응 면역 반응에서 중요한 역할을 하며, 옵소닌화(opsonization), 보체 활성화(complement activation), 항체 의존성 세포 매개 세포독성(ADCC)에 관여합니다. 또한 T 세포 활성화 및 B 세포 활성 억제 등 면역 반응 조절에도 관여합니다.
