The Attune™ NxT Red Laser Upgrade Kit is designed to expand the 637 nm excitation capabilities of the Attune™ NxT Acoustic Focusing Cytometer. Given the large array of labels, dyes, and applications to choose from, the ability to upgrade your instrument is key. The Red Laser upgrade kit enables the detection of APC, Alexa Fluor™ 700, and APC-tandem dyes for immunophenotyping, as well as many other functional reagents such as CellTrace™ Far Red for cell proliferation, LIVE/DEAD™ Fixable Far Red or Near IR dyes for viability, Vybrant™ DyeCycle™ Ruby dye for live cell cycle analysis, and far red exciting fluorescent proteins.
