Centrosomal protein of 68 kDa (CEP68)은 인간의 CEP68 유전자에 의해 암호화되며, 염색체 2번에 위치합니다. CEP68은 중심체 응집에 필수적인 단백질로, 중심소체 근위부에서 방사되는 섬유를 따라 존재합니다. CEP68과 rootletin은 서로의 중심소체 결합에 의존하며, CEP250 또한 이들의 기능에 필요합니다.
