Target Information
Radixin is a cytoskeletal protein that links actin to the plasma membrane. It shares high sequence similarity with ezrin and moesin. The radixin gene is localized to 11q23, with pseudogenes RDXP1 (11p) and RDXP2 (Xp21.3). Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been identified.
