- Immunohistochemistry (PFA fixed): incubate antibody for 30 min at room temperature.
- Staining of formalin-fixed tissues requires heating tissue sections in 10 mM Tris with 1 mM EDTA, pH 9.0, for 45 min at 95°C followed by cooling at room temperature for 20 minutes.

14-3-3 epsilon은 phosphoserine을 포함하는 단백질에 결합하여 신호전달을 매개하는 14-3-3 단백질군에 속합니다. 이 단백질군은 식물과 포유류 모두에서 발견되며, mouse ortholog와 100% 동일합니다. 14-3-3 epsilon은 CDC25 phosphatases, RAF1, IRS1 단백질과 상호작용하며 세포 분열 및 인슐린 민감도 조절과 같은 다양한 생화학적 신호전달 과정에 관여합니다. 또한 소세포 폐암의 병태생리에 관련되어 있다고 알려져 있습니다. 해당 유전자는 하나의 단백질 코딩 전사체와 하나의 비코딩 전사체를 가집니다.
