Target Information
NUDT5는 diphosphate가 없는 상태에서는 ADP-sugar pyrophosphatase로 작용하며, diphosphate가 존재할 때는 ATP 합성을 촉매합니다.
ADP-ribose, ADP-mannose, ADP-glucose, 8-oxo-GDP, 8-oxo-dGDP 등 다양한 변형된 뉴클레오타이드 이중인산염을 가수분해할 수 있습니다.
핵 내에서 ADP-ribose를 ATP와 ribose 5-phosphate로 전환하여 ATP를 합성하며, 이는 염색질 재구성 등 에너지 소모가 큰 과정에 필요합니다.
U8 snoRNA와 결합하지만 U8 snoRNA 디캡핑 활성에는 관여하지 않습니다.
