Background
Plasmin은 혈전의 fibrin을 용해하고, 배아 발달, 조직 재형성, 종양 침윤, 염증 등 다양한 생물학적 과정에서 단백질 분해 인자로 작용합니다. Ovulation 시 Graafian follicle 벽을 약화시키며, urokinase-type plasminogen activator, collagenases, complement zymogens(C1, C5)을 활성화합니다. 또한 fibronectin과 laminin 절단을 통해 세포 탈착 및 apoptosis를 유도합니다. CSPG4에 의해 조직 재형성 및 종양 침윤 과정에서 조절될 수 있습니다. Angiostatin은 신생혈관 형성을 억제하며, 실험적 종양 성장 억제 효과를 보입니다.
