RHOBTB1 (Rho-related BTB domain-containing protein 1)과 RHOBTB3 (Rho-related BTB domain-containing protein 3)은 두 개의 BTB (POZ) 도메인을 포함하며 Rho GTPase의 RhoBTB 하위 패밀리에 속합니다.
이들은 진화적으로 보존되어 있으며, 프롤린이 풍부한 영역, GTPase 도메인 및 두 개의 연속된 BTB 반복을 특징으로 합니다.
