Target Information
Transferrin은 간에서 합성되는 약 80 kDa의 혈장 당단백질로, 철(Fe³⁺) 이온을 운반하는 주요 단백질입니다. 두 개의 Fe³⁺ 이온과 bicarbonate와 같은 음이온을 결합할 수 있으며, 철 흡수 및 저장, 이용 부위 간의 이동을 담당합니다. 혈중 transferrin 수준은 철 운반 능력 및 철 대사 이상(빈혈, 철 과잉, 혈색소증 등)의 지표로 사용됩니다. 또한 세포 증식 자극에도 관여할 수 있습니다.
