Target Information
SNX9 유전자는 sorting nexin 패밀리에 속하며, phox (PX) domain을 포함하는 phosphoinositide 결합 단백질로 세포 내 trafficking에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 coiled coil 영역을 포함하지 않으며, N-말단 근처에 SH3 domain을 가지고 있습니다.
SNX9는 ADAM9 및 ADAM15 전구체 형태의 세포질 도메인과 상호작용하며, adaptor protein 2의 β-appendage domain에 결합하여 세포막에서의 역할을 돕습니다. 또한, activated Cdc42-associated kinase-2와 상호작용하여 epidermal growth factor receptor 단백질의 분해를 조절합니다.
