RGL1 (Ral guanine nucleotide dissociation stimulator-like 1)은 768 아미노산 길이의 단백질로, Ras 및 Ral 신호 전달 경로의 하위 인자로 작용합니다. 뇌, 심장, 비장, 신장, 고환 등에서 강하게 발현되며, N-말단에 Ras-GEF 도메인, C-말단에 Ras-interacting 도메인을 포함합니다. Ral GDS와의 유사성으로 인해 발암 과정에 관련될 가능성이 있습니다. 대체 스플라이싱에 의해 두 가지 isoform이 존재합니다.
