Target Information
TMEM100은 배아기 동맥 내피세포 분화 및 혈관 형성 과정에서 ACVRL1 수용체 의존적 신호전달 경로를 통해 작용합니다. 또한 통증 신호 매개체인 TRPA1 및 TRPV1 간의 상호작용을 조절하여 통각 인지 조절에 관여합니다. 이 단백질은 TRPA1-TRPV1 복합체의 단일 채널 개방 확률을 증가시켜 TRPA1의 억제를 해제하는 역할을 합니다.
