Target Information
RNase P는 RNA (H1 RNA), POP1, POP5 및 여러 Rpp 단백질(Rpp14, Rpp29, Rpp30, Rpp38)을 포함하는 복합체로, precursor tRNA의 5' 리더 서열을 제거하는 역할을 합니다.
유사한 RNase MRP는 5.8S rRNA의 5' 말단 형성에 필수적입니다.
Rpp30과 Rpp38은 Th autoantigen으로 알려져 있으며, 이는 전신 경화증(systemic sclerosis)과 같은 자가면역 질환과 관련이 있습니다.
